Each year, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services uses the lottery to grant visas to 50,000 immigrants from all over the world. St. Louis Community College has hired its third men’s basketball coach in three years. Tip off for Coach Terry Collins was June 1. Collins, 60, of St. Louis, formerly worked as assistant head men’s basketball coach at Ave Maria University in southwest Florida. “I wasn’t looking to leave, but I have a lot of respect for Shawn Summe,” Collins said. Two new gardens are helping to beautify Forest Park’s urban campus. Faculty and staff members have planted a butterfly garden in front of A Tower, and this is the second summer that produce is being grown in the cafeteria courtyard.
